These terms apply when you use MocoPro University, courses, or tools. We've written them in plain language because nobody reads legalese and that's by design. You should actually read these.
MocoPro University Course 1 is free. We don't guarantee it will stay available forever, but we have no plans to remove it. If we do take it down, any tools and code you've already built remain yours — they run on your machine, not ours.
For professional consulting services, visit Promptish.io — our consulting arm operates under separate terms.
You can't copy, redistribute, or resell the course materials. But you can talk about what you learned, share what you built, and recommend the course to anyone you like.
The course uses tools built by other companies. Their terms apply separately:
MocoPro is not responsible for changes those companies make to their tools, pricing, or availability.
MocoPro is provided as-is. We do our best to make everything work reliably, but we can't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that the course will meet every individual's needs. We're a small team building in public — things occasionally break.
MocoPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or services. The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us (which, for the free course, is zero).
Don't abuse the course platform. Don't try to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the server. Don't share your access code with others — each enrollment is for one person. If we detect abuse, we'll revoke access.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of MocoPro after changes means you accept the new terms.
